In 1963, Antenna Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) started as an engineering and product development company with an initial focus to develop extremely broadband and electrically small antennas for SIGINT and COMINT applications. ARA focus in the field of electromagnetics and broadband antennas led to the development of individually calibrated antennas and test equipment for TEMPEST and EMC testing. From antennas, electromagnetics and EMC testing, the company expanded its role into RF subsystems for communication and ECM/ECCM applications.
For over thirty years, Antenna Research has maintained a leadership role, in antenna and EMC technology, through the development of new concepts and products resulting from Antenna Research's value added engineering of the state-of-the-art materials and technologies. Engineers at Antenna Research have received over 30 patents for unique antennas.
Today, Antenna Research offers over 35 years of experience in developing leading edge products, and in providing value-added services in two technology areas.
